Transcript -  Meet Henry. He has unscheduled dentistry and keeps prioritizing other expenses above his oral health.

Meet Cindy. She is reviewing her list of patients past due for care and sees Henry is first on the list. She knows his insurance benefits will reset in the new year.  Before she reaches out to Henry, she wants to see if he has a CareCredit credit Card and may already have a way to pay out-of-pocket expenses for the incomplete dentistry. She finds out he does, which is very good news. While in the Provider Center, Cindy discovers assets she can use to help with patient recall. She chooses the CareCredit email templates and ready-made/ turn-key social posts toremind Henry, and others, that they have unscheduled treatment and benefits to use before the end of the year.

Henry sees the email from his dentist that his benefits may be expiring soon and if he doesn't use them, he will lose them. He also remembers he put off treatment because he needs to take his car in for repairs. The email reminds him that he has a CareCredit credit card and he's happy to know he can use it for his dental care. Henry, now confident he has a convenient way to pay with CareCredit, calls to schedule an appointment.

Cindy sees Henry on the schedule. She makes a note to always mention CareCredit when calling or emailing patients with incomplete dentistry or past due hygiene.
