Qualified items will be charged to your card

The CareCredit credit card is accepted for qualifying in-store purchases at these 18 select Albertsons Company store brands: Safeway, Vons, Jewel Osco, Acme, Shaw’s, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Lucky, Pavilions, Star Market, Kings, Market Street, Haggen, Carrs, Andronico’s, Balducci’s and Albertsons Market Street. Your CareCredit credit card can be used to pay for qualifying health, wellness and personal care items. This means you can use your card in the following departments:
- Pharmacy
- Over-the-counter (OTC) medication
- Health & Beauty Aids (HBA)
- Baby Care
- Pet Supplies
- Optical and Vision
- Ear and Hearing Care

No. Only in-store purchases are allowed on the CareCredit credit card at this time.
No. You can use your CareCredit credit card for your qualifying purchases at any register in the store.
At checkout, once all your items have been scanned, use your CareCredit credit card first. Qualifying health and wellness items will be automatically charged to your CareCredit credit card. You will then be prompted to use another payment method to purchase your remaining items.
Refunds or returns will follow the standard Albertsons policies and will be credited to the CareCredit credit card account that was used for the sales transaction. The card that was used in the transaction will need to be present.
