Qualified items will be charged to your card
Qualified health and wellness and personal care items will be charged to your card. Only items sold and shipped by Walmart are eligible (i.e., no third-party sellers).
Purchase any remaining items
Any remaining items can be purchased using another payment method.

At checkout, use your CareCredit credit card first. Qualifying health and wellness items will be automatically charged to your CareCredit credit card. You will then be prompted to use another payment method to purchase your remaining items.
Refunds or returns at Walmart will follow the standard Walmart policies and will be credited to the CareCredit credit card account that was used for the sales transaction. The card that was used in the transaction will need to be present.
